I cut a hole appox 12 cm (4 3/4") and use rib trim 11" long by 2 1/2" wide and overlock it like you would a t-shirt. Centre of circle is 5" for back and appox 11" for front. Hope this helps. Shirley

They are lovely......are the bibs bought or did you make them?

I have made them with towelling oddments from our local towel factory. Some are from towelling nappies which had flaws in them. I choose them carefully so I can get 2 from each nappy. They cost $1 each so are quite cheap to make. It takes 1.3 metres of pre gathered lace to go around the outside. Shirley

That is so clever, I am going to have a go at these. I can get some cheap hand towels which I think would do the job.
Thank you for the idea. X

Thanks. The lace trim is great and easy to do. I overlock aound the edge before zigzag stitching the pre gathered lace.
