Been just fiddling with stuff ..I have to make more bunnies, from embroidery garden..And these are my first attemps at making rag quilts.I miss calculated how many squares I needed so i wound up making a crib quilt and matching receiving blacket for each set..The green set started out with red blocks but the mom to be didn't like the red..lol So I had to make another quilt set of course..

Love the green one the best but if I were to have received either of them for a gift - I would have been ecstatic. Great job.

The quilts are very nice. What fabric did you use for the backside?
And how big are the squares? I think this is nice for my grandchildren (and not so difficult to make) The bunny is cute.

not really.. I had a friend come over and she brought a rotary cutter and board. I had the pieces cut in no time and had the quilt done the same day..actually if I didnt have to chase little ones I could do several per day..very easy!!!

Great job and am sure they will not object to getting 2 instead on one. They are certainly pretty.

These quilts are adorable. Do you use a batting for the baby quilts? I have made flannel and denim rag quilts, but I don't use batting for those. Ramona

I do not think batting is neccessary, they are heavy enough..I also did not stitch the diagonal on the squares. The flannel stays in place pretty well..

I love your rag quilts. They are my favorite quilts to make for babies, so soft and cuddly.

I think the red would look very cut with footprints on it for a boy... These look really cute and now you have sets, good thinking.
