360402I cry with you. I have experience this. The prayers of others and the people in the hospitals gave so much love that we were carried through. Deep inside myself, I could only call His name over and over and learned the comfort and focus that gives. When my child was medically paralyzed, I would talk in his ear about God to fill his thoughts with the loving hope and power of God. God is still in charge. Your family will hold together because of love like yours.

11329Thank you everyone who has sent prayers so far. She will be staying in the hospital over the weekend, and then to a Youth Mental Health Facility for possibly 2 months before coming home. The family is still very shook up. I saw them briefly yesterday before they went into a family counseling session.

Glad to hear from you. These problems take time and a lot of deep thought and energy from the patient and the whole family - hope that all will slowly come right. I used to work as a qualified Psychiatric Nursing sister and know that there are more twists and turns than anyone imagines in relationships. Please wish them good luck and tell them to keep trying ALL the time !!!
