I have a Customizer 10000 Plus which I got wiyh my MC300E. It is a Janome and I use the customizer all the time to combine designs and for the sayings I like to put on things.

Welcome to Cute. I have SewWhatPro from www.sandscomputing.com. it was not too expensive, and does the basics, blending designs, lettering. you can download and try it for 30days. embird has a 30 day trial too at www.embird.com

If you want to combine designs and add some lettering to it, a customising program is enough. But once you get going you'll want more and the it all adds up. Most machine brands have their own software, but Embird is a good general one. I bought the Husqvarna Viking software to go with my Designer I and have used that since 1999. Have a look on the internet for free trial downloads, that way you can make up your own mind. Brother has one, so does Embird and there will certainly others as well. Good luck.

Welcome to the site.....So happy you are here! I personally use Artista software, but this is probably something you need to do some heavy research on. This is going to be a matter of what else you want your software to do, if anything. How much you want to spend, and what expectations you have. So just check out lots and lots until you find your fit. ;)

Thank you. I'm just so new and not doing this as a business so I don't want to spend a lot. I just want to make ifts for friends and family.
