Very good job. I remember making these from mostly getting into my Mothers older readers digest magazines. Made angels this way also. Love the added rosettes.
This a lovely and easy project and your g/d made it even more special. Good job!!!
she did a great job! been a while since I saw one of these - but not as big.
omg i made these like YEARS AGO lol very nice job hugs!!
I remember making one like this. But it was 1 layer not 2 and it was sprayed with gold paint. She did a great job with all that folding. Very pretty.
I am excited to see this because it brings back fond memories of the ones I had my scouting troops do so many years ago ! I am delighted that there are still some young folk out there that have made use of their gifts and talents and used their hands !! A +!!
We have made door stoppers from big catalogs of the catalog companies. No glue needed just have to fold it really good.
Looks nice and what a wonderful way for recycling :o)
This one looks colourful. I've seen them spray painted then decorated after they have been folded
Very clever, how did she star off and are they glued together, great job Merry Christmas to all
No they are not glued just joined with some stick tape having two magazines makes it a full tree first you tear off the front and back pages because they are too thick the you fold each page twice and the little bit left at the bottom you fold up then turn the page and repeat theprocess if you need any mor help just pm me and i will give you more details....soozie
She did an excellent job folding all those pages. The bows are a nice finishing touch.
