7400703308I like this gift boxes. So i orderd the designs at stitch delight. But..... i can not open the files. My computer gave an error when i open it in Pe-Design. The file should be damaged. i send an e-mail to stich delight but they don't answer jet. Do you know what was going wrong?

Had a similar problem once but Daleen, owner of site was just terrific. She resend them twice, first time it was just a zip file which also did not want to open, then she send it unzipped and they were fine. I am sure she will respond soon. It is a great site to do business with.

yes i have more then one machine and they took 2 weeks working off and on at them .I will deliver them this week so they can use them this cmas season hugs
