And last but not least, this is a wall hanging I designed and made for the NDVS, who shelter abused women, children and in some cases even men.The group I belong to make quilts, among other things, for charity, and we provide them with quilts on a regular basis.They have revamped their offices and this is hanging up in their new office.

Butterfly-to remind you that things can change
Rubber Band-to remind you that flexibility is important.
The ladies from NDVS put these things in pretty little bags and gave it out to everyone to remind them that no one is worthless or deserves to be abused.
