ARE YOU CLICKING ON THE PICTURE...WHEN IT OPENS UP TO THE RIGHT IS MEMBER SECTION IF YOU CLICK ON DOWNLOAD BUTTON IT WILL GIVE YOU THE LINK TO PICK YOUR FORMAT...OTHERWISE IF YOU TRY TO ADD DESIGN TO YOUR CART, YOU WILL GET A PRICE FOR THE DESIGN...AT LEAST THATS WHAT HAPPENS TO ME WHEN I DID IT ACCIDENTLY...HUGS DEANNA

You should not hit the BLACK 'add to cart' button, but click the picture. This brings you to a new page where you hit the GREEN download button for members.
