There is an Owl alpha at Cute and one at All Sorts...which one? I have both "A" letters in pes and they are both okay...If you still have zip file from All Sorts, try another format...if it is from Cute site...Miss V should be able to help.

Which format did you download, please? I'll be happy to download that one and open it in my software to check it for you, and if there is a problem I can tell Veronika about it. But I need to know the format you downloaded. Thanks & hugs, Marji

Oh, crimeny, if it's the owl at Cute Alphabets, I can't download that one, I thought they were at Cute Embroidery or Amazing. Hope somebody else can help. M

I think some one else had this problem and if I remember right they converted it into another format and back again to the one they needed. I am sure you will get more answers soon.
