I order from them a lot. I too am disappointed at times with the fsl, but have not had too much trouble lately.
Hope you can resolve your issues with them. Keep trying.

Don't forget in USA this is a holiday weekend. Maybe they just aren't working over the holiday.
I stopped buying from them,I was so disapointed with their FSL. I would rather pay a little more money for designs that stich out well. You may not be able to buy as many,but at least they have a good result.

I purchase often from this site and not a problem getting designs. All tho some FSL don't stitch out too good, I put it down to me usually, maybe I use a different thread or viliene not tight enough in the hoop. Keep trying I am sure you will get what you require as it is a trusted site. Allow for unforseen circumstances with the issue.
I have bought from them , but have never had to use customer service. Others have offered good ideas. Let us know if this was resolved. Kay

So sorry you are having a problem, I order from them all the time, (mostly FSL's), haven't had any problems, not with the site, or the designs. I'm sure they will make it right, hang in there, & good luck! Hug, Tammy
I couldn't get the upper right corner to work because I discovered the address was incomplete.The lower left corner of the HOME page has a link and below it 3 email addresses, one of which I copied and pasted into my email address bar.
My first time to order and it was all ok today. Don't settle!
I wonder if it could be a browser issue, as so many of us use that site successfully. Maybe check your browser is also up to date. The site did change a while back, but if you're working from the mailing list, you should be on the new one, anyway.
I have had the same problem. They said they did not have any other complaints though. I kept contacting them and they finally e-mailed them to me. For some reason that worked. I wish you success. I will not buy their any more. Hugs & Stitches, Liz
I buy from their site all the time. I have never had a problem. It is a great site with great bargains which sew out beautifully.
I've had the same experience -no problems. Though sometimes the descriptions don't necessarily match the photo's of what's in the sets :) I've never had trouble downloading from my history at the site.
I do believe that you can go to the site - then log in - go to MY ACCOUNT - you will see order management - the invoice and detail information - click on DETAIL - you can download from there.
Here is the link to contact them... it is in the upper right hand corner of the site. They are really good with correcting things that are not right. I have ordered from them several times. Suzanne
I have also had problems....sometime the designs are different sizes .... I ordered one where some that are within the 4x4 area then low and behold the other part of the design is something like 4.60 or something like that. Makes the design usless to me. Also would like her to put the sizes up...just purchased 2 designs that I can not use and I can't affford to thrown away money on designs since I am limited to what I can buy. Once even got a different format then I ordered. But when you do get a design they sew up beautiful. I have not got anything else since I got the 2 that are to big for my hoop a couple weeks ago and she told me to look at sizes but they are all mixed up and not under pictures and can't figure it out.
With just that little bit of size, you might be able to use a free program to resize the design so that you can use it. I believe it is Wilcom Trusizer that does it. I've tried it and it works great.
I order from Stitch Delight a lot, monthly sometimes two of three times, I get emails about new design that they put on the $1.00 page. That's the only way I can afford to buy the designs. I have never had any problems with them.
Oh Im sorry to hear you have had troubles here but they are a great and trusted site.. I have had problems in the past when their site had problems but with patience all was recified :-)

I had that problem on one occasion, and was sent a response email from the them to log back onto the Stitch Delight site, then go to my account history. Click on downloads to re-download that particular set. Seems there was a glitch somewhere, when I initially downloaded the order. It opened with files intact, once I re-downloaded the set.
