Can anyone tell me how I can contact Veronica with a private message. In really simple language please not very familiar with computers - many thanks

Hello , the only way you can read her is by sending her a PM (private message). You can see 4 tabs in the community. One of the is Personal. Click on this. Then on the right select "Private message". At the To: field write her nickname which is test (small letters no capital) then write your message. If she replies you will notice it 'cos on the Personal tab you will see 1 (indicating one new message). Rgds Linda
