something good is gonna happen. What brand of needles is it? if it is Organ needles - they are longer than most! You will not be held back in any way shape or form! You fix it or find a way to get it fixed! You are Stong! You are Woman! You are Cute! lol and we all care, so please be able to stitch! LLDS!
Just a thought. If you have taken your bobbin case out to clean your machine, check that it is in correctly. Hope you find your problem soon.
Thank you cuties! I have tried and tried but now I think I am just to frustrated to even see clearly. So I am going out to play with the horses and feed them and when I come back in, after I get cleaned up I will try all of this again. I changed needles 3 times and still doing it - so we'll see after I take a break from all of this. Hugs to all and I'll let you all know how it goes. Keep the prayers coming ..... thanks!!!!!
I have a real dumb question for you. Did you, perchance, happen to put the wrong kind of needle in to it? I had that happen with my machine once and come to find out, I had grabbed my serger needles and put one in. It was too long, and messed up my machine. Just for grins, try changing out your needle, and make sure that it is seated all the way up in your machine. While you are at it, give it a good cleaning. I hope it helps.
Sherry, I will be praying for you - try everything that you can think of and check your manual, too.
Oh My! You are in a fix! Moonwillow does make a point...no pun intended... With my newest machine, I had a difficult time getting the needle in all the way up to where it should have been....so....after a pierced bobbin case...I now work harder to get it up where it ought to be and screwed in TIGHT!
Before you give up definitely try what moonwillow has suggested. Give your machine a good clean and oil and check for any burrs on your neadle plate. If you have burrs you can gently file them away with some emery paper or an emery board.
Alice.
Oh! my heart aches for you, I know how it feels. I've had my machine in twice since December! I hope you can sort it out soon. Love Chris
Hey! I had that and my needle wasnt installed right..try taking the needle out and put it back in..just give it a good nudge..I use a wooden clothes pin to hold it..hope this helps it worked for me

I have a singer futura quartet if that helps.and it sounds like the needle needs to be pushed up more
