Where do you get the little nipples that the tube fits onto? Suzanne

Fabulous idea, now if I had a PR600 I would go out tomorrow and buy some tubing, but unfortunately I am still saving for this machine. lol. Thanks for sharing this idea. It sure is a winner. Betty

FANTASTIC!!! My PR 600 is in a smaller room and when I use my ceiling fan tangles can happen. I will go out tomorrow and purchase some!
Thank you for this tip!

Oh my - what an idea - how do you get the thread in each of those tubes - when you have change thread colors?

I see she address' this - but I am not sure it would work that easy - all the time.

asterixsew by asterixsew 03 Mar 2012

Shirlene if you knot the new thread to the old thread it will be very simple, it will just be a problem iiiffff the xxxxx thread breaks. Then I will have to use a long needle like the one I have with my overlock machine

My Amaya has those tubes. First tie the thread and pull through. If that fails put a couple of inches of the new thread in the tube and use one squirt of compressed air and the thread shoots through the tube and out the front of my machine. So easy it is scary. I also have a long red piece of plastic with a tiny notch in it that came with my Amaya that can be used to pull the thread through. Compressed air is by far the favorite for everyone.
