Yesterday I came across a sewing pattern for an alpha taggie. I am looking for lg

letters that I can make templates of. They
need to be about 8 inches or larger. You put ribbons on and use the baby's initial
instead of the traditional square. You could attach a blinkie to one of the ribbons. A way to use up scrapes. olds/

The easiest way to make templates is to choose a font on your computer and set the size to be what you need in Word or Publisher. Then in the drop down Format menu, choose font and then outline. If you do this you won't waste ink when you print out!I've done very large flags with the lettering done like this using bondaweb and my sewing machine.
Good luck.

Try these links. They are number links but some are whole alphabets.

I recently saw a set of raggie alphbets that were 8, 10, and 12 inches tall. Maybe someone can remember where.

However, if you are not making these in the hoop, you can just enlarge the letters on the computer and print them out.

Thank you. I will try to find some block
letters. I plan to sew these by sewing machine and turn inside out so the ribbons
are on the outside edge. I'll do a sample
one out of minkie.
