I took a trip around the world... sort of.

While ago, I read parkermom's post asking about Miss Veronika. Alas, the mysterious Miss Veronika remains as mysterious as ever, but from that point, I did something that I hadn't done before... I went to the very last page of postings - page 3572 at this moment, just to see how old this site is. It seems that the Cute site has been around, approximately, for 5 years. The very first post is dated in June of 2007.

This question was asked: "What embroidery machine gives me the best for the least cost?"

One of the responders mentioned the Janome 11000.

So, on a whim, I did a search for that machine and found myself on the Janome site and looking at an intimidating, and yet beautiful, machine known as the Janome MC12000.

I watched the videos (see link).

Does anyone own one of these machines? I'd really love to know if they are as wonderful as the sales pitch says it is.

Liz, I don't have the MC12000 but had the opportunity to sit and play with it. My, it would take me the rest of my life to learn everything on that machine. It is awesome. But, I am quite happy with my MC11000SE. Hugs..Carol

Liz, glad to hear that you went searching around - I don't have one of those machine's - but it would be interesting to find out - if they are as good as they sound. Hehehe! *4U

Just for the record - the site has been here since before the postings - I moved to UT in October 2007 and had been coming for more than a year before that to get free alpha's daily. I think the site opened around 1 or 2nd of Septemeber, 2006.

I figured the Cute site has been around somewhat longer... I was just stating that the postings go back to that time frame. Still, that's a healthy life span of a site such this one. Long live the Cuties!
