Just a few minutes ago I got a call from my son and his girlfriend and they announced their engagement. I'm finally going to be a MIL... Didn't even ask them if they have a date in mind. They will be here on Friday afternoon as I'm going to be watching Miss Kitty since he planned a four day cruise. Yes, I promised some pictures of the house but knowing Miss Kitty will be here haven't done anything with all those shelf's around the fireplace. Understand cats might knock things around.

Thank you. Went through sites with wedding dress with her. Her parents live in Indiana and they dropped off the kitty and she is real excited also. I can't be her mom but was thrilled she wanted me to look with her.

Thank you. Now I know they are planning a wedding for May 29th in New York. That's not to far off so I gave her a planner to keep track of everything.

Hope your Miss Kitty watching does not have drama like their Kitten "Porsche".She escaped the night before my son and DIL were to come home. I have never had such a terrible day. Eventually I googled "lost kitten" answer : 'Don't panic', Well I had already done that. Moreover searching the yard and the neighborhood was so exhausting from 7am to 3pm. Ten minutes before they arrived the neighbour behind our property alerted us that she was sitting on our back fence. I have never been so releived to see a cat. And she was as sweet as pie to me so I guess she was happy to see me too.

Thank you. Will keep a close watch on coming and going. I bought a bell to put on her so I can hear where she is. She is black with a white cross so can be hard to see.

Yes ~ Grandkids are a possibility now. My son is excellent with the little ones. They will probably want to start their careers first but there is hope that we will be blessed at some time.

Yes we are. He has dated her for a year. She is a lovely smart young adult that graduated from the university at age 20 and we meet her parents and brother at her graduation.
