Get Wilcom Truesizer free, open the design there then save it as PES.

You have such beautiful designs but, I can't download them for some reason. I have Extraction Wizard to open and my machine is a Brother PES. If you have any suggestions I would appreciate it. Thank you. Tigerlily 49

I don't know anything about Brother machines, perhaps you need to convert the format of the pes file. Download one of the free format converters, off the internet to convert the designs to the proper format for your machine. I use "Pulse"

I have a brother machine and I use win zip. I think you can download free but don't know since I have a very old version and use it on my computer. I have never had a problem with this program.

There is a free unzipping program called winrar. I too have a brother machine and have not had any problems with unzipping the PES files. You may want to give it a try!

Why do you need winzip/winrar etc? If you d/l the PES file it's ready to use.

I have a Brother and when I d/l a pes file it is ready to use. I use izip to unzipp Zip files but pes files do not need to be unzipped. But every computer has it's little quirks.
