Day one of cleaning the house didn't go so well. Opened the door to propane (gas) fumes and instant headache for both of us. Think the hot water tank isn't lite so shut the valve off and had no hot water. Will have to bring matches tomorrow to get it going properly. So far haven't blown up the place. lol After airing out the place started cleaning down the ceilings and walls moping the floors, running the vaccum and then I forgot the bleach I had put in the tub and put bathroom cleaner on top of that and after tossing up my lunch we stopped and came home after 4 1/2 hours of cleaning. Just too many fumes for one day. Guess who didn't clean the built-in cubbies? Yep! I love my DH. He dusted them damp wiped them out and then put on the polish/wax. Now that all the cleaning stuff is there we (my DH and I) will have a better go at cleaning tomorrow. Ate some dinner and feeling better now, but have put myself on a break for the rest of the evening.

Dear Anita,

Don't forget to take rests all the time - there's no real mad rush to have it all done quickly. As long as the beds are made and the fridge is on and your washing machine and microwave is connected you can relax a bit. Love Chris

Would be nice the movers are coming on the 31st so no leisure time till finished. Do take little cuties breaks to make sure I'm getting enough fluids in.

Our son is coming home late Saturday to go through his room and help out some. He has university classes on Monday so his time is limited also.

Thank you. It's a lot of work and hard to be in two places getting one cleaned and the other packed up. Too tired to even sleep.
