you can sew the design on fine tule or organza backed with wss vilene wash out the wss and ( i glued it with a smear of glue for hot glue gun).....soozie

it was don on a piece or organza and wter solouable vilene rinse out the wss and some use craft spany glue to put it onto the candle but i found it would not adhere very well so i used a little bit of glue with the hot flue gun.....soozie
