I give up. I have to ask. I just got the 6 month thing and the day after the site seemed to change. Now when I click on redwork, cross stitch ect I get sent back to a very simple home page. Then when I click on designs I go to a page with ABCs. I just keep going round and round. I rejoined to get some I had missed aand now I cant find the site. Cant get the freebies page, either. What am I doing wrong?

Unless there are very few designs for the membership, then I'm missing something. I click on the pages, and get page after page of errors, and a design here and there, and that is about it. I'm pretty sure that I purchased my membership at a bad time. But, it is a six month variety, so I hope that things will improve eventually. Growing pains.....that is what the site suffers from.

When you get an error, look up towards the top right of the screen and there is a row of boxes with page numbers. They will take you to the designs.

Unfortunately it doesn't work for all of them.

The links down the left hand side take you to a screen which says fatal error. I've just discovered that if you click on the page number boxes above and to the right of that message, you do get to the designs you were looking for.
Hope that makes sens

But when you scroll through the pages you'll find all designs are there. You can use the names of the different categories (packs - so nice to download whole sets-, animals, etc) to speed things up a bit.

Thank you for letting me know what was going on. I must have missed the email announcing that.

When I tried just the designs, I just got errors. When I went to Pack and then selected another design tab sometime the 2,3 or 4th had some designs. You are no doing anything wrong. It is just taking a long time to get this upgrade upgraded!

I also just renewed and then the upgrade started!

Same here. I think I've lost a month of my new membership. Trying to be very patient for now and hope ours are extended when it gets back to normal. I can't get anything except packs and I know there are some not in packs that I would like. It is frustrating but poor Miss Veronica may be more frustrated than we are. Just waiting patiently.

It is the same with me, I joined but when I went later in the day to download designs, the site had changed

I'd be willing to bet that she gives those with memberships an additional month because of the problems. That's what she did last time.

I agree with that. I had a membership awhile back, and the site was only down a day or so, and she extended everyone's membership a month.

Until the site refurbishment is complete, all of the design are listed under the designs tab whatever style they are in. You can search to a certain extent using the list down the left hand side. It shouldn't be too much longer before things are sorted, so be patient. If there is a particular desin you are looking for, I'm sure someone can help. Just ask!

I ALLSO HAVE RENEWED MY MEMBERSHIP,I DO NOT HAVE THE TIME TO CLICK ON EVERY NUMBER ,TO FIND THE FSL DESIGNS .I WILL BE GLAD WHEN WE CAN JUST CLICK ON THE DESIGNS I NEED .THANK YOU,.
