Thank you all :}

I realize now that most of patterns are for machine embroidery, but is it possible to embroider them by hand?
thanks :}

Thank you all :)
for flowers too!
As for hand embroidery, I had in mind something like satin stitch or needlepoint,that might look more similar to machine embroidery than cross-stitch. thanks for the links :)
I find that I spend more time online, looking for new stuff, than I actually needlework :D
So, I'm off to finally WORK on it :))

You would have to do it like counted cross stitch, on some webbing. Or print a template and then put it on a transfer sheet. But it would be difficult. Most of them are many thousands of stitches.

I suppose the X stitch ones could be used. You would have to have a program that turns the design into BMP or any picture file. I think also that the other ones could be done by hand. It will be interesting what others have to say. They would be never exactly the same.
