I used anklets and stretched the top with the knife disengaged.

Made a pretty lettuce edge. Put one sox in the other and filled
them with candy and tied with a ribbon. I usually had 8 girls
working for me thru out the day. I was the Registrar of the
largest High school in the State of Ala. The girls loved them. I
still wear mine. This is good for little girls as well. I think it would be nice if we could share Christmas ideas with each other.
