Nancy, I think the designer made 4 different flowers that were also sized differently. I believe you stitch the different sized ones ON TOP of each other to create the different styles of the flowers as shown.
Hope this helps as this is what it looks like to me.

In PES there are only 4 but without stitching them I can't tell which one it is, might just be the same as a center of one of the others. Thanks so much for these anyway, I love the ease of these, they are like line art instead of all filled in!

It's the 3rd one from the top that is missing the PES format. When you used the drop down box to select the format, you'll see where the PES format is skipped. Just select another format for that design and convert after download.
