I was wondering if anyone else is having problem with Amazing Embroidery, I have a paid membership but can not download anything with out have to pay.

Don't add it to your cad when you have a membership, use the supscription club button instead.

I know that Amazing Embroidery is now set up differently - if you a member you can download by clicking the subscription club button - then your format - and your downloads starts. Enjoy!

How are you attempting to download your designs? You must click on the picture of the design, and then on Subscription Club on the next page, then your format on the final page. Do not put anything in the cart.

Yes, it's happened to me twice - I have a paid up subscription and for the past couple of times I've had to pay. Veronika extended my subscription for me - but I hope it doesn't keep happening.

P.S. The best way to contact her is through this website - go to PRIVATE TAB and send to TEST that is Veronika's avatar on here. I can't get any help from the Amazing Designs even when trying to submit a ticket.
