crashed a couple of weeks ago and since reinstalling the software I cannot trick it. When I want to write a design to

my ScanDisk the window on the left will not let me arrow up to a higher level than My Computer. My emb folder is on my desktop one more level up. Clear as mud right? My work around is to keep a usb flash drive in my computer. Save the design to the USB and then I can write the design from the USB drive to the
ScanDisk. TIA Becky

Move the folder to below your My Computer Icon and see if that will work for you. Left hold the icon and move it below the problem area. Otherwise if you could give more information about your computer that might help others to help you. Like: What operating system do you have ~ Windows (Vista, XP, 7, 95). And is it a Laptop or Tower.

Windows XP and Tower. I just tried it on my brand new laptop (Windows 7) and "My Computer" is the highest level I can go to. No desktop there either. Must be Customizer 10000. I did download the update on Customizer and maybe that has the glich. Royal pain to save to a USB stick and then to the ATA card.
