I've found the answer to my question, about how to change a 'sew' into a 'pes', download Wilcom software, and it does it for you!! Hope others find this helpful to know

I love that program and the price. I highly recomend it too. Also, check out how it will flip, rotate, resize (unfortunately with same amount of stitches). You can also distort the shape ie from square to rectangle. Enjoy it. *4U
