Mops, this looks great. I would like to stitch an outline in red on navy blue felt and do the Come Home Safe in white. That would cut out a lot of stitches.

Sewmom- I used #1 on blue felt and stitched it out in red. That was Awareness Ribbon Applique by www.embroidery-boutique.com. Then to stitch out Come Home Safe I had to switch to my lap top and manually move about in the hoop get it stitched out. I have computer problems and can't stitch out lettering unless is comes in the design on my desk top. My stitching is small and not as clear as 02kar's. I was able to get 4 done. Thanks to the many cuties for all their input and searching. Many heads can get a job done. Thanks Maureen

67271Maureen, I am so sorry that I cannot tell you where I got the Come Home Safely ribbon design. It was a free design that I picked up a while ago. I cannot even tell you when I got it. I know it did not come from a Cutie. I keep all of their designs tucked safely in their own organized folder. Perhaps a Cutie could digitize something similar for us.

I used the Awareness Ribbon Applique from
www.embroidery-boutique.com. I stitched it out in red on navy felt. That turned out great. I put Come Home Safe! in white and I had to manually place it in the hoop. I think I'll try their larger size next and try larger letters. It would look better. I did get 4 done. Thanks
