I love the dress and the smocking. I used to do that for my children when they were young - still have a few of the garments saved-, but they think it's old-fashioned and did not want any for their children. Too bad, don't you think.

I do think that's a shame, but keep saving them, maybe your grandchildren will be more appreciative, and use them for their children.Out of 9 grandchildren, I only have 2 girls to dress up, but the older girl is so tom-boyish, she won't hardly put a dress on anymore. My youngest is 30, and she used the Feltman Bro dresses she wore as a baby, for her little girl.
