Still trying to figure out where to get my download. Maybe I am just missing it. Can someone tell me where it is suppose to be. I opened my account and my profile, but I don't see download center

I was just re-reading this post and I too don't have an area that says Download Centre. I notice SEWMOM says it shows right below My Files and that it might go through Order History and you can then click the Details of the order and it will take you to the download page. I don't have any of that.

Am I the doing something wrong here? I would love to know. Love and blessings Chris

Area you a paying member? My download files only show the things that I purchased before becoming a member.

Did the payment go through? You paid for a design right? Check your credit card statement or company?

Go to My Profile then click on Order History. Before I bought my memembership here I had purchased 2 different sets of designs at different times. This was quite awhile ago and they are still there I checked to make sure. The memembership is the better deal. All designs for one price and the 2 sets I bought added up to almost what I paid for a memembership.
Now I have tons of designs.

Maybe it has not been put there yet, as the only things in My Profile are 1: Change Password and 2: Personal Information. But that is where it is suppose to be. I have a new debit card that I have been having trouble on-line. In person it works fine, but it seems to be rejected so I end up using my checking account. The mone pulled today, so I will check again tomorrow. Thanks for your help. I will probably end up doing the membership, its just I have so many designs already...Plus I have never used the cute designs, so did not know what they were like, are they really nice, do they stitch out nice?

When I order online here it goes to a download page that gives you the option to download or email it to yourself. I do both so I have a backup. If you got to that screen and downloaded already then you need to know where your downloads go in your computer.

I have a paid subscription too. There isn't a back up of your orders here to go back to as far as I know. That's another reason to have it emailed. Then you can keep the emails in a folder.

Wait, maybe there is but all I have in there is the subscription orders. Go to your account on the top left of the page next to your avavtar. I'm trying to open another screen to see what to do next but I'm getting Bad gateway (usually means too busy)

Ok, then My Files, then Order History
The things I purchased before my subscription are there and I can download them.

Sorry, that was My Account, then Download Center shows right below My Files. But I think you can also go through Order History, then click the Details of the order and it will take you to the download page.

I dont have either...under my profile there is only Change Password and Personal Info. No order history and no my files no download center...Cry. Maybe they have not given it to me yet. This is the first time I have purchased from Cute so I don't have history, or didn't until now if I ever get this.

Sorry I cannot help. I have a subscription here and DL directly from the page. I am sure someone can help. With a subscription you can DL all the designs from this site. It is well worth having especially if you want to DL lots of designs and alphabets. Marg
