Am I to understand that if one did not digitise the design, then it cannot be sold, shared or given away! One assumes this applies to all designs, esp Disney and such. If this is correct, then is it fair to beleive that a company as big as Amazon would not be selling Disney cd's with thousand's of Disney Designs on it, which can be altered, or lettering applied. One would expect this of the other well known auction site, but surely not amazon!

I just stumbled upon this. I will not include the link, as I am not sure I should, but I do have it. Below is the description given of just one of the cd's offered for sale. The others include Ready Teddy Sew. Alpabets and Applique.

Wow , I do no know. Looks as if Disney would be all over this person, unless they are out of the USA. Does copyright apply out of country. Have you noticed that Dakota collect ables will not sell overseas.

Different countries have different copyright laws. I think we have the strongest one. No way I'd buy this.

My understanding is the only LEGAL disney designs are produced by brother on design 'cards' and can only be stitched on a brother machine with a D on the end. I know they are the only ones I will touch.

Looks very suspect to me. I don't believe this is Disney approved and is probably in violation of copyright laws.
