Now I have to learn how to navigate their site! Here is the response I got from Carol at AllBrands:


Hi.
I am sorry you are having so much difficulty.
I know what has happened. When you registered originally you should have received an email from SewForum within minutes usually after joining. In this letter is a blue link that you have to click to activate the account (this is built into the program to stop automatic spamming done by computers).
I can activate the account but only if I know the username you signed up with.
If there are any usernames you may have used and you send them to me I can look them up. I can only cross reference knowing the username.
I cannot see the passwords but can reset them.
The only other solution is to use a different email address and register anew with a new username and watch for the email to activate.

Sorry you have had so many problems. I have been lucky with sewforum, no problems. Helen
