Hi Cuties from the Newbie! :) I'm wondering what the membership on here gets you. Is it worth the membership? Seems like most of the designs are free (by the cuties themselves). So what do ya get?

Well worth the money - all of our subscriptions help to keep the site going. Including this forum. Where would we be without it?

Because i digitize myself I very rarely download designs from the internet, but I do have a membership at cute. I think it is great value for money and if I need something and can't be bothered digitizing it I just come straight here. So in my opinion it is definitely worth the money.

You've got one point there, that we have a lot of talented Cuties on this site. But trust me, you will suddenly see the most beautiful Valentine set (see link)currently priced at $11.97 or some other set and wish you were a member.
Membership cost is on sale at $25.45 today. Do the math, 2 sets is almost the same as the membership.
You get everything on this site, CuteEmbroidery.com. There are links on the top of the page sometimes to the owner's other sites, they are not included in the price.

I have a membership here and when something happens (like I just got out of Hospital) I can D/L all the designs I missed and MANY that are marked "Voting not available" I love my membership and plan to keep it going as long as I do. Hugs and Welcome, Judy

Most of the designs on this site are not voted on, and therefore must be paid for. The Designs by Cuties are shared by people who like to digitize, and are always free.

I tell you what, I didn't want to buy a membership, but then kept watchin all the projects that people were posting. When I found 2 alphabets that I thought I could not live without...combined with the Christmas membership special that Mrs. V ran...combined with my own Christmas present to me...I bought a membership and have NOT regretted it. I will say that not only do you downloads for free, Mrs. V seems to understand economy and I have seen her run a special price on memberships for Thanksgiving, Christmas, and now Valentine's. So maybe you can look for a special time to join if you want. The best is that she doesn't automatically renew...so if you don't enjoy it, then your want automatically be charge in 6 months to continue with something that you just tried.
P.S. - go for it, at least once. Alphas I couldn't live without...

YES! it is worth every penny! You can download every single design on this site for 6 months. There are hundreds of wonderful designs already available and Ms Veronika is constantly providing us with new designs and sets! Just a couple of her sets are worth the price of the membership! Take a good look around at all of the designs in all catagories and you will be very surprised! I wanted it a longtime but kept dragging my feet and when I was introduced to all of the designs, I was sold 110% I am sure you waste more money on designs that you would like already but this is good for 6 months and you can download day or night in DESIGNS/REDWORK/ALPHABETS/LACE/APPLIQUE/CROSS STITCH. I have never been interested in doing applique until just lately. Some of the designs struck a chord with me and I am wanting to start "yesterday"...heehee I have had embroidery machines since the 1st one came on the market(personal) not commercial. That is more yrs than I like to think about but once I found Cute, I was grateful to have the chance to be here. The designs are up to date, very well done and sew out just great. NO, I do not work for Ms Veroniks but I really believe in her designs. They are reasonable bought one at a time but the whole collection for the membership fee is fantastic. Thanks for the info-will take the plunge soon; there are soooo many designs I might feel overwhelmed but will always have the right design on hand.
