Do you have the software to download and save designs to? If so, use only the format for your software. Hope this helps.

I AM NEW TO THIS COMPUTER AGE SO I AM NOT SURE IF I HAVE THE ''SOFTWARE'' TO DOWNLOAD AND SAVE DESIGNS-I GUESS I WILL JUST HAVE TO KEEP CLKG AWAY TILL I FIGURE IT OUT-THANKS FOR YOUR HELP AND MAYBE A LIGHTBULB WILL GO OFF IN MY BRAIN TO FIGURE THIS OUT.
