Hi: This one I just sewed the front to the back and didn't put a border around it. Then I stitched about 3/4" all around to secure the edges {:^)

It is a very soft fur type fabric. Comes in allsorts of colours and different finishes on top. This one was made from the Bumpy. I think you can google Minky fabric and it will show you all the colours etc. I buy it here in BC at a store called Fabricana.

I am not sure as she lives in Tokyo. She will be a year old April 2, along with her cousin, both on the same day, different places. Their Grandma's birthday is the day after-April 3rd. What a birthday present, two new Grandaughters born on the same day.
