My sons wanted Quiet Books for their girls. This is different than theirs (30 yrs ago). I used the story Mary Had A Little Lamb for my granddaughter Mallorie-Brooke. I put Mallorie everywhere Mary was used. I found pictures and already digitized patterns to help tell the story. Here are just a few of the pages. I guess I am looking for some encouragement before I mail the book.

What a great idea, and to have it personalized is special to the girl. Such a good job.

dkjack, I will tell you from a great grandmother's point of view, these are fantastic, I hope that you give us a full description of how to make them, your little Mallorie-Brooke will be the star of her own book, how special. A flower for your workmanship.

Thank you. I know my son and daughter in law will like it. My daughter in law takes everything I make the kids (1 girl, two boys) to work and shows everyone. Though this is the first machine embroidery I have done.

Well, grandma, get those books in the mail! How special to have a book written about you by your grandma, an author! They are going to treasure these! ;)

Thank you. I have wrapped the book and it is ready to take to work. UPS comes by every day so it is real easy to ship from work. One less stop coming home. :)

I love your books. You have such wonderful ideas for books, the designs looks great, and I admire all the work you must have put into it. And a little girl is going to be very happy. Please show us more.

Thank you. She is turning one but hopefully she will enjoy it now and when she is a little older. I have finally wrapped it and got it ready for UPS on Monday. Can't wait for my son's phone call.

dkjack, oh please don't worry - you have a winner - these are so cute. You must share the details of how you made these cute books - I think you have something that any child young or old will appreciate. *4U

Thank you. It took a while to gather the pictures to go with the story. If these two go over well, I have two more to make. :) I didn't have daughters, so this has been fun.

OH my, if it were me, I would just start making them - no question that they will go over big. Hehehe!
