Self catering is when guests can take care of their own meals, cleaning, and laundry needs. I'm looking for full service. lol

I especially like the "self catering" services available. Does that mean we have to cater ourselves, or can we order whatever we like. How about salads and snacks for stitchers?? With some chocolate thrown in......
