Don't you just hate it!!! Left the machine to do it's own thing, came back 10 minutes later to find the bobbin has run out and it kept going. Lucky I can back track

I thought all machines had bobbin sensors.... well one never stops learning. Mine does this annoyingly beeping noise when bobbin's almost empty and it actually stops sewing. I do have to go back a few stitches though when I put in the new bobbin in the middle of a design otherwise it misses some stitches. But what can I say, I fall deeper in love with it everyday! *4all

Oh my! at least you can back up and get it. If I ever get my upgraded i will be able to type a number and get back to that stitch - Glad you saved your design.

Isn't it great - to have a machine that you can and not waste the project? *4U

Oh, yeah, know the feeling!! That is the one and only thing I would change on the Janome 300E, I do wish it had a bobbin sensor. I have been sitting right there & had a bobbin run out, & it keeps merrily sewing away....of course, I suppose I could have checked how much bobbin thread I had before I started the project....I get way too excited, & forget to do these things, LOL LOL. UGH! How disappointing! My machine usually tells me when my bobbin thread is low.

Hello Raels, do you know what is worse? when you turn your back it is going fine and you come back to find it jammed up and it has eaten some of the fabric as well. lol That's why I dont leave the machine with some designs and it is heaven when you get a design that can be left to do its job.
