Me too, I don't understand why it doesn't work for the others, must be something with their programs not being compatible, thank you for letting me know as I have been wasting my time trying to figure out the problem.......

I just tested it by downloading it myself and it worked fine....I downloaded and then opened it as well....don't know why it didn't work for you...let's hope it was a fluke....or hiccup
