I agree with what everyone has said about a membership, best thing that ever happened to me. Thanks for enlightening us about the capital letters again, Sanjoy. That was something I myself didn't understand when I first started posting on message boards, etc. Sometimes the font was hard for me to see with my eye problems, so I just used capitals because it was easier to see. Well, I got told what for, and not as nicely as you said it, Sanjoy. Thanks for the reminder again, for newbies who might not know the 'protocol'. Flowers all around, it's snowing again, I wish these flowers were crocuses! Marji

I'm just throwing in my two bob's worth in. Ruthie has answered very well. But I just want to say that when you use capital letters it sounds very demanding and sounds like you are shouting at people. One thing I have learnt here is that it doesn't go down well. You will gain more with politeness and maybe a litte honey as they say. We like to keep the site friendly and warm, that's why we come here. It's like a family. I will send you a flower for listening and yes it is all in the interpretation and maybe you didnt mean it to sound like that, but for me, saying it in capitals is shouting and demanding. Having a membership is the best thing that can happen to you. Have a great day.

Ruthie said it all. I can only add that I'm so glad I bought the membership, now I can download to my heart's content and all for the price of 1 alphabet plus 4 designs.

I gather you are talking about the bug collection. Maybe we will get them later as there were so many votes for repeats

sewingaddict, welcome to the site, hope you enjoy yourself here. It's quite simply because the site owner has the choice to give or not to give, she is trying to make a living from selling these designs, also the digitisers spend a lot of time, money etc digitising them. The idea of a freebie is so that you can see how good the design looks and how well it stitches out. And I think that Veronika, the site owner, is more than generous with her freebies. You can buy the letters if you want to, $1 each, or a six-months membership for $29.95. With the membership you can then download *all* the current and new designs from the *Cute/Redwork/Alphabets/Lace* sites for the next six months, this is just soooo cheap, I wouldn't be without mine. Here's a flower for you, and have fun browsing around our friendly site.
