I joined last week and have downloaded a couple free designs. Thank you. I don't understand why today it says I can't download because I do not have an active subscription to that design. Free?

One more thing to be sure of: Make sure you are trying to access the free design from the "free design" link, and not by locating it in the list of all the designs. It is only free when you click on the correct link to get to it. I did that a few times myself. =] *blush*

jrob probably answered you correctly - also if you are trying to download anything other than the (4) selected designs each day, you can not get the designs unless you have the membership. Good luck with your designs.

You probably just forgot to sign in and sometimes, you get signed out accidentally when switching around on the site. Just try again and if that doesn't work, go to the bottom of the page to the contact us button and you will get help there.
