jerri, if you go to YOU embroidery, she has instructions there. It looks like a faile that she used, but I could be wrong. I'll ask and see.

Translation: You will find the instructions in youembroidery. After having finished the emroidery, I ironed the "fliselina" - (I suppose it's a vilene backing that you can iron after having embroidered).
