Only the designs that you can *vote* on will become freebies, the others are for sale. Sadly for us, the site administrator and the digitisers all need to make a living - it's a nuisance I know - haha, but they are the facts. And I hope they find themselves making more than a living because, in my opinion, not only are they very generous with the freebies, and the cost per design and 6-months membership are both good value, but the quality of their designs are excellent, and there is a great variety of designs too. They also provide us with this section and allow us to *chatter* away to each other, and it’s just about the best site I know!
