Raels, you have obviously had a restful sleep and are back on deck now, and are catching up with what happened while you were away. Those towels do look really elegant and classy with the firebird alphabet don't they. I don't usually go for tone on tone, but I really love these. Good to see your happy face again and here's a flower for you.

Raels, you got me completely confused - not difficult to do, I know!!! I was thinking of a different project, I think you'll find the *towel* is a *scarf*. But no problem - it is still really elegant and classy. Have a beautiful day everyone.

Hi Raels, isn't that Firebird just something? I think it would look magnificent no matter what you did. Tone on tone is totally elegant, reds & oranges are exotic, blues & greens nice too. I'm going to give it a go in a varigated thread, just for fun & see how that works. If I get really brave, I might go metallic thread once, but metallic is soooo expensive. And I don't know how well it'd hold up on towels or garments. Boy, I'm chatty this AM, glad you're back. Marji

raels, I am glad you are downloading again. Did you have a good night´s rest and got used to the new lay out of Cute. I am using my daughter´s laptop and for some unfathomable reason she has changed the place of everything except the alphabet and the full stop on her keybord. This is what I get when I want a question mark= I don´t want to get to grips with it, this is a change I hate! I´ll be glad to be home again next Sunday, although I enjoy looking after my granddaughter.

Mops, don't you just hate using other people's stuff? I'm old ehough I like to do things on 'autopilot', hard to cope with change. Glad you're enjoying your granddaughter, tho. How old is she? Marji

She´ll be 5 next month. I´ve been making baby boots with her today, could of course have made 5 pairs in the same time, but it was great fun.
