Freida, at the top of the page you'll see this - "CuteEmbroidery have performing system maintenance. We hope for your understanding and patience." So it sounds like the whole site is still being worked on, and I guess with a revamp of this size that it will be going on for a while. So we need to be patient while the kinks get ironed out. Personally I like the pics of the designs that size, I click to see larger if I want to. I love the new look, much neater and easier to zip from site to site.

I know they are revamping. If we don't let them know we are having problems, how can we expect them to do anything about it.
13558It looks like there is still alot going on and I decided to reserve judgement until I found out what the final was. The pictures are small, but we can still click on them and see a larger version. Perhaps that is for future ads, after all, I'd guess that's a BIG income source.

I thought you as moderators were to pass problems on to the owners. I know the whole idea is to sell, sell, sell. If it can't be seen how cute, lovely, etc they are, they won't sell. Ebay has found that if people have to click to see an item it usually doesn't sale as well or as high a price as well photographed items do. I love this site. They have been good to me for a very long time. I want to see it prosper. I worked in sales for over 30 yrs.

Freida, not sure where you got the idea of us being moderators from, we're just like you, people who enjoy being here and sharing with others. If we can help solve problems for friends here, then that's good, and we love to help if we can. But we don't have *the ear of Cute* anymore than you or anyone else who visits this site. If you are having problems with the site please contact the site administrator, they are the ones that can help with this type of problem. Here's a flower to add to your bouquet.
