Where do I go to find the answer to my question.

To find your question and than be able to read the answers you can start in the COMMUNITY tab (Top Blue Line) Once there right above where the posts start are tabs (MY QUESTIONS, MY ANSWERS)Once you found the question click on the post and underneath you will find the answering posts.

If you click on your name, a screen will come up with your questions and answers. No answers yet regarding the 4d software, but I've been thinking about it and might be able to help. I save all of my files to an embroidery file on my hard drive--not to a specific program. When I launch 4d, I can open the files from the embroidery folder with no problem. It just won't open the zip files, but I can see all of those through Organizer, if I choose. Also by not saving them to 4d, you can save any format and still open in 4d.

If your name is already up on the page with a question there is a list above which starts on the left of the screen with Topics
then there is the choice of all, my questions, my answers and marked. Click on my questions and you should get the answer. Happy hunting
