PES format wants to open file directly without downloading before hand. VIP download works just fine - downloads then I have the opportunity to open it.

I had something similiar happen to me over the last few weeks. I had accidentally uncheck the little box that comes up when you save a design...it says: "Always ask before opening this file". The only way we fix it was to Google that sentence and I think I typed "reset" after it...anyway, you can find some directions on how to get that save box to come back up again (rather than open an associated program) It depends on whether you have Vista, XP, etc. With Vista it was a little complicated we had to edit my computer registery and now I can download again! There were some directions - nothing to download - just directions on how to reset it again. Hope this makes some kind of sense!! Laura

I just d/l the FSL ornament and didn't have any problem with it. Not sure what it could be.
