LOVE THIS DESIGN. CAN YOU DO IT IN JEF PLEASE?????? thanks
I am so sorry, I have just about every one but that, otherwise I would be happy to....
Thank you very much.
I don't know if this will help you with the shading on a white dog or not .A few years ago I did a Westie by hand in cross stitch .Shading was done by using various shade of cream & beige ,in fact not much white was used but the end result was great. Also another design used used greys-great design but the dark greys looked like dirt.
Kept up the great work
Thank you so much for the input...that is usually what I try to do as well is use a contrasting shading color, but this one really had me stumped because there was so much white long hairs on every pic I looked at sprouting out all over and fluffy..
Madeira has a number of whites that are just subtle variations, 1001-1003 and 1071 is a very light ecru. Same goes for black - although those don't have successive numbers. But I find varying the angle of the fill gives nice subtle shading.
Thank you mops!! I have been experimenting with angles and fill types as well to get different textures for fur types...I love the advice...keep it coming!
He's so cute! Thank you!
You've made beautiful westie, and the cushion with the large W I find a great idea.Thank you very, very, much You're an ace, yes !!
Thank you....hope it stitches out OK, I kept having to add to it until it looked somewhat dimensional....Vicki
