i have bought a few designs, but when downloaded it seems they are .art, and I need ped. How do i change that?

Before you click on "add to cart", you will see a square with ART and an arrow on the right side of it. Click on the arrow and choose the design extension that your machine uses, then proceed to add to cart. If you will email info@cuteembroidery.com you can get help in getting the ones you have already purchased into the correct format. Good luck! ;)
