I have a membership but can't download the whole alphabet. What am I doing wrong?

Which alphabet do you mean that you can't download? If you mean the latest Christmas font alphabet, that is because the whole alphabet has yet to be released. The only ones that are available as of yet are those that show up on the site. The others will be released soon, and in order. Once they are released, you will be able to find them and download them as well. =]
