Ex: to remove text or a flower from a design. It talks about editing stitches but I am not interested in doing that or digitizing designs at this point.

Please tell me how it is done or suggest another software program that is used for editing, merging and adding text to designs.

I have recently bought Embird and it is very easy to use, I don't know all the poisibilitys yet. But what I can remember is that you cannot use all the functions in the free trial. I will add a link for you with tutorials about Embird mabey that it can help you.

Thanks for this, I have been using Embird for years....and never saw this.
Embird is the easiest software to use that I have found. But, as with anything there is a learning curve. Click on each of the buttons on the left side, and see what happens when you use it. Also you can click on the colors after you separate them, and edit further. It would really take too long to explain what you want in a post, so use Iris's links they will help you.

I use Embird and love it.
I find the easiest way to remove something in a design is to go to the right panel in Editor and right click on the colour you want to delete.

Thank you i will try but i think Iris is right, that you cannot use all the functions in the free trial.

I want to thank Iris also, but there was no add comment button after she answered my question.
